not seeing many deer
 

I havent seen many deer this summer. I have been out glacing a few nights not very long. Did see one doe tonight. There is corn fields all around the area I hunt. I think they maybe in the corn fields most of the time. Any one else seeing many deer this summer?

This time of year the deer around here are mostly in hay fields, especially alfalfa and clover, anything green and nutritious. In the fall they will move to acorns and other fruits and nuts that are falling in the timber. If you can find a green field and be there right before dark youll be suprised how many deer you see.
