Hey did anyone get anything during the opener?

I passed on a spike buck and a fawn , got busted by a doe on the draw about 20 min later :( gotta get that moleskin on my rest arm

oh nice and that sucks

Shot a doe and did'nt find her. I think she moved forward just before the shot. Sure felt bad about that. About 30 miles from us though a guy shot a 23 pointer. Field dressed at 235.

Saw 7 bucks in a bachelor group, all 1-2 yrs olds. 4-6ptrs. 1 8ptr, just tried to styay away from the rest. A doe was about 40 yds away, just watching them push and shove around. 3 acted like they were trying to make scrapes.

Next morning, went to my dads store in St. Clair county, had a FRESH 11ptr, about 135", just brought in about a half hr earlier and his neck already looked like it was swelled up just like he was in rut!!!!!!! Rut not supposed to hit here till mid second week of Nov.
