It's just like Hawk asked you. If you can bait legally then yes you can use it but if baiting is illegal it's considering as a bait and not allowed.

Ive hunted alabama my whole life.... Sry, but acorn rage is illegal in alabama. You are not allowed to use any type of bait in the state. You cant hunt over anything that is not naturally out there other than a food plot and a plain old salt lick... Im glad i follow the law after last yr when i had the game warden follow my tracks into my tree stand and holler at me while i was hunting ha....

Yes, definatly check your laws
such here in WI
Baiting is allowed, but not in all counties and in the counties that it is allowed there is a 2 gallon limit.

I looked this up quickly also
http://www.dcnr.state.al.us/hunting/faqs.cfm

I. The Law
Section 9-11-244 prohibits the baiting, feeding and simultaneous hunting of protected game animals and birds to the extent that the feed material constitutes a lure, attraction or enticement to, on or over the area being hunted.
Regulation 220-2-.11(7), further establishes a ten (10) day waiting period after feed has been removed before the area may be hunted.

I would venture a guess and say that your acorn rage is probably illegal to hunt over.

Bamakiller, does your name suggest you hunt in alabama, or would like to kill obama?
