i want to get a new climber and i want a summit which summit do you like the best and why?

i would just go to the bass pro shop er what ever and try em out. they are all real nice. i like the cable one. what ever happens, make sure its got an adjustable angle fer the seat...nothin worse than leanin outward while you are up 20 or more feet in the air..make that 10 feet lol

I have the titan (the largest one summit makes) and it is the most comfortable stand I have ever used. period.

I like the open shot. it the smallest and lightest. work nice if you have a long walk. and plus it dont have all the crap that gets in the way.

I have a Goliath (formerly Summit's biggest stand). Very comfortable and steady. It feels solid and safe. Great choice if you are bigger or just want the added room. It is a bit heavier--I think about 5 pounds or so--than stands like the Viper.

I previously owned a Viper Classic (27lbs steel). It was extremely comfortable and I loved it, except for the 27 lbs. I now own the Summit 180 (Bass Pro Exclusive). It's aluminum and only weights 21lbs. It is just as comfortable as the summit viper, but you can sit facing the tree (rilfle season) or with your back to the tree (great during bow season). I love the option of facing the tree during rifle season as it make a very stead rest. I can sit dawn to dusk in the rut. The only difficulty is staying awake.

I have owned just about every model they have come out with. Its like people with new cell phones! Lol I just gotta have the new summit! I love the viper. The goliath is great too

I use the steel Viper, and I love it. It can be heavy, but I feel safe and comfortable while I'm in the tree. Highly recommended.

if you are 6ft tall and over 200 pds,i would look at nothing but GOLIATH,180 MAX,TITAN.

UNDER THAT,viper IS GREAT ONE.

i like 180 MAX.i tested all 3 of big ones.

I have a Viper and a Goliath...much prefer the Goliath. More room, more comfortable and only one pound heavier. They are all good, though, as many have said. Get the one that feels best to you.
