Ozonics Setup?

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Ozonics system? Easy setup? How does it work in the rain?

They just had a long,long discusion concerning ozonics on a Iowa forum. While the final decsion hasn't been released it could be illegal there. Plus there is a real question on how safe ozone is for certain people.
