I like and use Primos buck roar. Gives off a good sound and has several adjustments for a bleat as well. It also has an arm strap that you can use it at full draw.

check out the bowgrunter plus by away hunting products, its awesome!! I have used the primos grunters without success but last season I had a buck dancing under my tree with the bowgrunter, he was so upset!! The grunt tube pins to your shirt or jacket and there is a rubber tube that runs up to your mouth that pins to your collar and when you inhale it grunts, you can grunt while at full draw with this set up....it is far and away the best grunt call I have ever used.

The hands free grunts (2nd and 3rd one down) from Harmons deer scents are the most realistic sounding grunts I have used. You will not be disappointed in these calls. I have several sets of these. I also love the hands free fawn bleat during the early season when targeting does. It has a very high pitch sound that sounds like a very young fawn.

Not always is the most popular product the best.

Mine isn't hands free, but it brought in the buck in my avatar. It's the Flextone Buck Collector. Wal-mart sells it for $15.
