Anyone ever had this done on there property? If so, was it worth the money.

In many states you can call up your local state biologist and they will come out and go over your land with you. I had a big plus in that my State Biologist was also a bigtime Whitetail hunter so he already had a plethora of knowledge concerning hinge cutting, food plots, and habitat. He developed me a plan, put it in a three ring binder and it didn't cost me a thing but a day off of work and we are already starting to see results after the first year.

I've tried to consult with them but they seem to have a universal dislike for the english language and they run off.

I have met up with a couple that needed some classes in anger management.

Most just don't have the time to dedicate to a single property. I limit the number of clients I deal with for that reason. I'd rather do the right job with a few then spread myself out to thin.

I have worked with Dan (bukmastr) in consultation on my property and even did a couple of TV show episodes on his techiques for scouting and management. He uses sound management recomendations and taught me alot about my own property which i have hunted for over 25 years. If you are looking for a consultation that is tailored to your personal requirements, wants and needs, you should check out his services he does an excellent job.
