Ya you should be ok, they will fine u. they would usually take ur lisence away for awhile but since this is ur 1st time and u didnt know that u needed the course and no1 asked u, u just mite get away wit it.
Never really know untill u get in there, and depending on how the judge feels about them things

Wal-Mart is pretty bad for that stuff to. I go to Florida every year and this past summer i got my Freshwater/Saltwater lisence as a Resident even tho im a Non-Resident....Funny thing is, they checked my Drivers Lisence? Did they not see it said Ohio in big letters on it?
