I have also killed 2 elk with my Remington XP100R in a 260 Rem. caliber, it has a 1.5-4x Burris, scope, the only Burris I own. The XP100R is different than the regular XP100 Remington, it has a magazine like a model 700 rifle, It is a truely great handgun, supurbly accurate.

Yes. I use a Magnum Research Industries Lone Eagle. I have it in 44 Mag., .308 Winch and 7mmBR. They have all taken hogs and deer. All are scoped with Burris (LER) Long Eye Relief scopes, 2x7x32. I also have a Smith & Wesson Performance Shop in .460 with a Leupold 2x7x32mm scope. All are real shooters.

Ruger Redhawk in 41 Magnum with 250 gr Corbon HC bullets. I still use iron sights but my eyes are over fifty now and I'm thinking about investing in a scope.

I have taken whitetails and hogs with wheel guns.
S&W .44 mag, S&W 500, Ruger SRH .454 Casull. Ruger SB .45lc.
My 629 Classic is my go to wheel gun lately, solid 100 yd performance.
