Fastening climbing stand on carry
 

It might not apply to anyone else's climbing stand, but I always felt I could add some small improvements to the original.
One was to use two very small bungee cords(gotten at an auto parts store interestingly) to fasten the two tree stand parts together tightly, on the carry into and out of the woods. Helped avoid any shift of weight while I was carrying it.

Improvements saved me a lot of money over the years. I still use the improved old model and never got into one of the new expensive tree stands.
