Thoughts on storing Doe Scent
I was wondering about the shelf life of deer scent....I have been told in the past to always buy fresh and throw the old away, what are your thoughts on this?
I was thinking that maybe if it was kept in the refrigerator (I am talking about new sealed bottles) it might be worth a try the next year? I am asking because all scents are 50% off right now at a local store and they have some really good stuff there. I use scrape drippers to condition the bucks to visit during the day and use a good amount.
Thoughts appreciated.

I'll probley catch a lot of "Flax" for saying this but I put it on the shelf in the garage and forget it until hunting season, I used year old stuff this year (wildlife research "Trails End") and I watched a deer get wind of it and come to the scent pad, It might be best to keep it cool, but I put all my scents on the shelf and (I think) they are OK, at least this year I had proof, jmop Doc
