A Spike In The Front Yard.
5 Attachment(s)
We were just walking out the front door, and my 18 year old came in and said I just petted a deer.
I go out, and sure enaugh a little spike was in the front yard, and he was petting it. It's a wild deer to. http://s1219.photobucket.com/albums/...nd%20Pictures/ Video --> http://s1219.photobucket.com/albums/...gASpike023.mp4 |
Thats one you treat like a pet right there, as long as he feels no threats he will continue to show up... Who knows, if he does stick around for a few years, might get some nice rattling and shed horns to boot...

Would sure hate for wild deer be a pet and ends up being a 160 in buck sure would be tempting when bow season came around

If the white tail wasn't so challenging I'd never shoot one..They are the most graceful animal IMHO in the entire animal kingdom...BUT on the other hand..they are also the most smartest ..at least in our woods and that is what the chase is all about. From a little boy..it's always been a GREAT HONOR to legally bring a deer home. One of the biggest highs there is.
Thanks for sharing Johnny, C7 |
I would be keeping feed out everyday..He may stick around
