I still haven't seen or heard of a better deer in 2010. This deer was taken by Ryan Cox of Eagleville MO. And was officially scored at 232 7/8. Does anyone know of a bigger deer from any state, taken this year?
He is a 22 pointer, the only bigger one I've seen this year was a 47 point killed by a car on I-35 just South of here.
I know he got us excited to hunt, knowing that this deer was taken just a couple miles away. I hope some of his young sons wander across my lease in a couple years.

You can now find stories and pics of this local, now national celebrity, by typing Ryan Cox deer and searching the internet. He will be featured in an upcoming issue of Buck Masters magazine, and entered into the record books.

A young kid, 16 i think, shot a 21 pointer in northport maine. i saw the pictures in the news paper. it looked pretty similar, crazy looking thing. it had 2 main beams on one side. i guess he got offered 5 grand right at the tagging station for it, but he turned that and several other offers down. u might be able to google it to get a look...

Dang, I just talked to God and told him, I wouldn't mind going to Missouri and shooting the # 7 or # 8 deer ever taken there. I think thats being humble enough, how bout you guys? Dang what a monster congrats to the guy that harvested him. heck from some of the other monsters I have seen harvested there I wouldn't mind taking a deer that was 13th or 14th ever.

Wow what a buck! By the looks of that thing I would have guessed it would have been the biggest in the country and second biggest buck in the state!
