Default Sighting in a scope?

How do I sight in my scope for 200 yards if I dont have 200 yds to shoot targets? I have about 100 yds! With a 30-06 150 - 180 grain.

Thanks to those that reply

Generally somewhere around 2" high at 100 yds will get you on at 200.

A 30-06 with a 150gr corlokt sighted dead on at 50yards hits around 1.5 to 2 inches high at 100yards and is dead on at 200yards

A .270 Winchester would be 1-1/2" high at 100 yards with 130 gr. bullets...
