(Ron in SC, didn't know they had them that big in SC. Lived near Hendersonville in NC for five years in the 80's and they were all puppydogs up in the mountains)....

Last ten years or so been seeing alot bigger deer in our area. Letting some bucks walk has really helped out. There are a lot less brown and its down hunt clubs than years ago.

I harvested this deer opening day of muzzle loading here in NC

Harvest date was Nov. 6, 2010
8 pointer rough weight around 150-160lbs, around 2.5 yrs of age

My 13 point, 170 lbs buck harvested on public land in the great state of Maine on 11/26/10. I love snow during hunting season!!!
