Ok so I go out this morning see 2 does feeding I range em 50 yards I'm shooting a crossbow and can't hit squat past 40 so I pass em. Well get to the house see a NICE buck cross the road headin towards my blind well it was about 150 yards to the right of it. So I was wonderin if it's too early to rattle deer in. I'm gonna try for him tonight and tomorrow mornin I'll take the ML out and leave the bow at the house. Any suggestions?

i dont think i would rattle when a deer is that close to you unless you have thick cover and it is a little early imo

TsIT's hard land to hunt it's really thick and you cannot see really well

Too early to rattle. Make a mock scrape close to your blind where the buck will smell it. Live it up! Doug
