Buck Pictures
 

Hey everyone. I took these pictures a couple of days ago during a massive rain storm; therefore, the quality is not perfect. i spooked these deer and followed them to find them standing in a field eating. i took 15 pictures and watched them for about 15 minutes before the moved on. how old do you think the two bucks are? how much more growth? and what do you think their final size/score will be?

Welcome!! and nice bucks:D

He is a good one - 10 -12 points - wide - tall

My guess - 3-5 yrs old

140 - 150 class

Great job on getting these pics;). Tough to be real
accurate scoring with the different angles, still
being in velvet, and no way of knowing how
much a buck' s rack will grow.....BUT, from the
looks of a couple of those pics-there is some
really good tine length ( G3' s & G4' s)[:-]. IMO,
I' d have to go at least 140, and maybe as large
as 160, though it is tough to tell just from the
pics.

How many bucks were there? I' d say the buck(s)
in the 3rd & 4th pics is/are especially nice;)[:-]:D.

Great pictures! He looks to be about 140 now, and I would say well over 150 by the time the velvet peels, considering he still has more than a month to grow from when you took the pictures. Then again, I am no expert by any means. How about you tell us how much he scores after you tag him?

Great pics deerkiller, the second pic looks like you were busted, but then again he may have just been a bit nervous, everyone of them qualifies as a shooter!:D

Actually, I was never really caught. They were very content just eating wheat even though I was at the most 10 yards from them. It was pretty cool. Anyway, I hope ya' ll enjoy them!

Wow--looks like a solid 10 and in the 140-150 class. What state are you in? Good luck in the fall.
