Default Stupid huge urban buck

I got to school at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. I live in a house in the middle of town that has a pretty good sized thicket behind it with a clear cut for power lines. I was out in the yard about 2 weeks ago and saw this buck behind the neighbor's house, standing in the thicket. It's really a shame that he is smack dab in the middle of a good sized town. Sorry for poor pic quality. The camera doesn't have very good zoom.

*edit* Was out playing frisbee with the dog about 10 minutes ago and he showed up again. I got a little clearer shot of him.

That looks like a pretty heavily wooded area. I'd check with the local DNR and see what your options are.

I'd have to say he is probably one of the smartest bucks in your area.

Are there laws against bow hunting that thicket? I can see not using a firearm inside the city/town but I wouldn't think that you would have a problem using a bow.

Gladius, I just got accepted there. I'm a senior in high school right now. What year are you. Nice buck, it's definitely better than what people give it credit for down there.

Rory, I am a super senior right now. What are you planning on majoring in?

Shooting bows is not allowed within city limits of Cape Girardeau, so I am out of luck on that one. He is definitely very smart. That patch of woods is bordered by apartments on one side and houses around the rest of it. It's right across the street from campus.

I would have a really hard time not bow hunting that buck. problem is he is most likely gone now, his cover has been blown.
