When do the deer start to get intoo their fall routine?? My buddy is wondering?

i would guess sometime in the month of october at least here in ohio, because the bachelor groups start breaking up around the second through the fourth week then, in my area.

depends on where you live and the temps, I would say late sept is when "most" places would start seeing fall patterns start coming in. Pre-Rut probably wont happen till late oct. If you live in Texas or some place warm add a couple weeks, if you live in Minnesota it might be a little sooner... If you do your scouting, you will see it real quick.

it seems like about a week after they lose velvet they will start to split up, IMO.
