Deer feeding

I have questions on feeding deer. My first question is can u over seed a food plot if it has never been planted befor? My next question is can u over feed one area? In one small i have corn, acorn rage and deer cane all within a 50 foot area. Is this to much, and will this scare the deer away instead of draw them in.

The food plot area, has it been disc or turned by equipment recently? How big is the area? Have you soil tested the area? What kind of results are you looking for in this food plot? The results of work and money invested will determine how good your plot is.
I don't think the corn, cane and rage will scare the deer, but going in there too often will.

You can certainly over seed a food plot, but it would it would have to be seeded very heavy, and as expensive as seed is why would you want to spend that kind of money to over do it? When I plant mine, I typically double the recomended amount if I don't plan on dragging it in. If I do drag it in I'll go 1 1/2 times the recomended amount. Everything else you are refering to is an attractent. Pretty much every bioligist I have talked to says you should only use or have on mineral station for every 40 acres.
