Default Trophy or Meat This Year?

Dear fellow hunters,

Will you be a "trophy" or "meat" hunter during
this year's whitetail season? Do you plan to
pass on smaller bucks the first few days of season?

Thanks and have a GREAT weekend,
Boltaction

I'm a meat hunter. That said,I don't discriminate if something larger comes along. In bow season,I'll take does I suspect will dress 100 lbs. or better. With bucks, unless it's a big one,I'll make my mind up when I see it.I figure w/the high number of does around, the button bucks can walk.

At the end of the day I am a meat hunter, hoping to put 3 deer in the freezer/dryer.

That being said, as a relatively new hunter with no horns on the wall and several mountable bucks showing up on my trail cameras behind my house, I am saving up money to pay the taxidermists and I am planning to hunt the bucks hard until I have one on the ground.
