By the time stamp it seems like they are the same deer, but the first photo appears to be an 8 point. Take a closer look at the photo and see if there aren't more tines. A great buck in any case.

Back in the early 80's there was a 6 point killed in Southern Illinois that grossed in the low 160's and netted in the high 150's. It is to this day one of the most impressive Bucks that I've ever seen. It was World class in every respect except number of points.

In western Pennsylvania, he would be illegal to shoot. Antler point restrictions say he has to have 4 points to a side.
I think I would have to shoot it anyway and contest it. The goal of AR is to get older bucks. This buck is far older than most of the 4X4s shot each year that are legal.
