He will go right at 125-130. Putting an exact on him I'd put him at 128.

This is my guess. I like trying to guess because it helps field judging...post your measurements, I would like to compare from my guesses

17.5 inch spread avg
h1 = 5 avg
h2= 4.25 avg
h3 = 4 avg
h4 = 2.75 avg
g1= 4.75 avg
g2= 9.5 avg
g3= 9.5 avg
mb = 21.5 avg

= 140 gross
Just for the sake of learning how to field score. Here's my measurements

Tip to Tip:17.5
Inside Spread Main Beams:19.5
Greatest Outside Spread: 21.75"
So my spead credit was 19.5"

Abnormal Point 1 (left antler):0.5"
Abnormal Point 2 (left antler):0.25"
None on Right antler

Main Beam Left: 21"
Main Beam Right:20.75"

G1 Left: 5"
G1 Right: 6"
G2 Left: 6.125"
G2 Right: 6.5
G3 Left: 8.5"
G3 Right: 6.875"

H1 Left: 4.75"
H1 Right: 4.5"
H2 Left: 3.625"
H2 Right: 3.5"
H3 Left: 3.5"
H3 Right: 3.375"

Big Country,

Thanks for posting. I always find it interesting trying to judge a score based on a photo. Obviously, I was way off on my measuring. Photos are tough. One thing I did notice though is you do not have any H4 measurements on sheet. All deer get 4 mass measurements regardless if it is an 8point, 12 point, or spike. Your H4's on your buck would be the half way distance from the end of his G3 to the tip of the mainbeam. If you forgot to add those, you most likely will pick up close to another 5 inches. Thanks

You might want to double check your measurement on the left G2 as well. It sure looks longer than 6 1/8" to me. It looks at least an inch or two longer than the G3 on that side and you are showing it as 6 7/8".

P.S. - If it is less than 1" it isn't a point. Abnormal or otherwise.

Wow, your pretty good at this. Using H4's I get gross 129, and 124 after deductions.

Crap your right, left G2 is 8.5, not sure how I miss it.

LOL! Looky there, we now have your gross over 130!

Actually, you might have just got the scores mixed up when you put them down on here. I'm not sure that the left G3 is quite 8.5".

Did it again 8 3/8". If anyone wants a very conservative score on thier deer and walk away disappointed, I can score em for you.

That way when you have an official scorer, you will be pleasently surprised.
