I think the Iowa DNR is doing the right thing, first and foremost Iowa is watching out for its own, They are doing a wonderful job with their natural resources and doing it for the people of Iowa, (you should be proud) why build up a great resource system for the benefit of outsiders, Those people should pressure there own state to get with the program. Just imagine if Iowa would allow cheap out of state tags!!!! it would be overrun. GO IOWA, I like it when I see politicians do the right thing, Doc
