Default Windy

The past few days I have been hunting a stand in some thick stuff because the wind has been heavy. But every time I leave my stand and go back in the field, the deer are out there feeding. I thought that in heavy wind the deer seek shelter? So my question is would you sit in the field this afternoon or stay in the stand I have been.

Also, ive have been seeing deer in my stand, but no bucks.

Deer like being in open areas because the wind is strong they can't hear and that makes them nerves, also they can't pick up movement very well.So I would say hunt near the fields if thats where you been seeing them
