I've very proud of her. 120yds. 22-250. Perfect neck shot on a gimpy 4-5 year old 7 point.

Congrats to your wife. She made a great shot and laid the smack down on that buck. There was definitely something wrong with him. He looked sick. I'd maybe be a little leery about eating him, but he's a trophy for her.

Congrats to her. From that yelp she let out she was not doubt excited.

As to being pregnant and shooting when not absolutely necessary I wonder about that. But what is done is done.

did the doctor recommend a 22-250 to reduce recoil induced damages

the reason i ask is to joke of course, but my mom shot a deer when she was pregnant with my brother, and the doctor told her "take the 243 instead of the 300 savage this year"...but he did turn out a little goofy
