Never heard, would probably have to turn the little feller over to tell. That might make the mama abandon the fawn though.

sounds like an old wive' s tale to me
can' t find any mention of it in my books. Just says that fawns have 2 rows of spots on either side of the spine from the head to tail, with random spots on the sides. Makes no differance in the sex. |

I' ve never heard that either. I' m sure the spots vary somewhat from fawn to fawn, but I doubt seriously they have anything to do with sex.:)
