The deer wasn't all that big, maybe 175 lbs., he did have a mess of wounds when we skinned him, some big absess where he was either stuck with an antler or hit by an arrow or something. We didn't have him aged, I guess at least 4 1/2, the man at the registration station that was doing cwd sampling said he is probably a 3 1/2 year old but I don't see how a rack could possibly get that big in 3 1/2 years. Some have thought as old as 6 1/2, but again the body wasn't huge. Maybe just on roids.

Man watch out CWD is gonna ruin our deer heards!!!!!.............. Yup because the dnr wants em all dead thats why the herd is ruined from cwd. Dandy buck and a crazy once of a lifetime for sure. CWD what a joke. WCL

I am guessing it is indeed, I don't know of another 20 pointer shot in Stitzer. I shot a doe tonight so that mildly reduces my sadness of not sitting in that stand.
