Default 7 Year Old's 1st Buck (pic)

My 7 year old son got his first buck with a crossbow on Saturday. 144lb spike. Small antlers but a huge trophy for all of us!!!

Way to go, Danny!!! Dad and Opa are very proud of you!!!

Thanks. His mentored youth license also comes with a spring turkey tag. That's going to be a tough one. The little guy has a tough time sitting still I guess I need to invest in a good blind and put a decoy out.

Oh yeah!!! It was awesome just being out in the woods with him. It was unbelievable when he actually connected. When I saw that deer drop, I was just like "YOU DID IT, BUDDY!!! YOU DID IT!!!!"
