Default My Sister's First Deer

I took my sister hunting for the first time. She was so excited. I think I was more excited...

4 pointer from 170 yards with a Remington 700 .270

I like the idea you got it on video like that! I don't have hardly a simple still picture of my hunts or kills.

I also like the ground blind. I made one similar where I got see-through screening camo and got some dowel sticks. I then zip tied the material to the dowel sticks that were spread about 2ft. from each other. I think mine is 8ft. long. The points on one side are sharpened so I can stick it into the ground. My buddy was surprised as we went hunting one evening in a clear cut, similar to what you have there, an open area, and I just unrolled the blind, stuck into the ground, plopped myself behind it and shot a big doe that first came out 120 yards away to finally receive a bullet at only 40 yards. Blinds work!

Nice job and nice video/pic.

Congrat's.

Almost forgot, is that an ADL or possibly a SPS?
