I hunt alone. I let people know where I am beforehand.

When my husband and I cannot hunt togheter, and one of us goes alone we always let each other know where we are going, what stand we are going to hunt and an estimated time to be home, We will always text one another when we are out of our stand.

i work weekends and hunt by myself most of the time.ive actually come to prefer hunting by myself.i hunt public land, too.last year i drove 600 miles and hunted in another state by myself and enjoyed it.the only downside is getting a downed animal out when your alone, but if you plan for it,its not that big of a problem.working weekends, its either hunt by myself or dont hunt.so,ive gotten comfortable going solo.

I hunt by myself most of the time. I let my Wife know where I'll be and when I should be calling her when I get back to an area with cell phone reception.
