Boone & Crocket scoring system is for firearm kills, and pope & young scoring system is for archery kills, there are several different catogories in each. Typical, non- typical
the minimum to make the boone and crocket book is typical 160 B&C, non-typical is 185 B&C. those scores get in the award book, to make the all time book you need typical 170 B&C, and non-typical 195 B&C
Pope & Young book minimums are 125 P&Y for typicals and 155 P&Y for non-typicals

they both have sites for further info
