Ok everyone were getting close to opening day. How many will have their seasons open on Oct 1st??? I have to wait three more weeks till the 17th but I hope we can start getting some data next weekend. Be sure to post your results on here or PM me. I will do a weekly update of the activity from all the people that turn in posts.

This is a sample of what it will look like for posts.

Date Moon Phase Barometer (Rise/Fall)

Activity (Major/Minor) Rubbing Scraping Seeking Chasing Breeding

Count (Buck/Doe)

Fill in the date, the moon phase, wheather the barometer was rising of falling, under the activity if you saw any rubbing put minor or major under scrapping and so on, and then the count how many bucks how many does. Simple let me know if you guys have any questions.

I am definitely in. I think this is going to be great. It should somewhat take the guess work out of the different phazes of the rut. Unless I am laid off I usually don't know exactly what's going on out there unless I experience it for myself. I am usually just a weekend warrior. If I know the seeking phase has started I just might come down with a bad cold for a week.

Oklahoma opens on the 1st(Thursday) but i won't be able to be there till the 3rd.
So far I've already found 6 rubs(fresh)and 2 scrapes yesterday,
in the evening saw 3 bucks(still running in groups) and 6 does.
the moon seemed to be at 1/2 and barometer was on the fall.
