What is up with this deer?

This is a new place that got permission to hunt and in the past week got this guy at the apple trees everyday. Along with some other nice bucks.
Anyone ever seen anything like this before? Shoot or not to shoot? |

Those are some messed up antlers. Wonder what he would look like in 2-3 years from now. |

This buck reminds me of one i saw in a magazine once. That deers antlers grew right around his face and jaw. The buck in the magazine died of starvation. He couldnt open his mouth anymore to eat .
