Unless you are in states that have regulations on the number of points a buck has to be to shoot it, then I would definitely set my sights on this buck. Looks like a once in a lifetime deer if you ask me.

This is something I would shoot, not just for the kill but possibly putting it out of any other misery. May not be big but a good "talk piece" and salvation to the deer.

If i was hunting somewhere other than PA where there werent antler restrictions I would definitely shoot him

its a growth defect in his antlers, it can happen from trauma or the likes, we had one that got killed here similar to that, we found a muzzy lodged in his head below the antler base.
