Sugar
 

I was wondering if any body knows if deer like sugar. I have a couple of hundred pounds that need to be gotten rid of.

Don't know where you live but something I'm sure will eat it.

Well, it stands to reason that they do, because they love molasses! Mix a thick slurry of sugar water and pour it over a log and see! Set a trail cam up and see what it will attract.
I bet Bear,Hogs,Raccoons,Horses, Do!:rolleyes:

I'm going to mix some and put it on some corn see how they like sweet corn. Also have alot of corn to get rid of.

Down here I'm sure that the fire ants would love it. :D

Of course deer like sweet corn. They are in my sweet corn patch all the time and thats right behind the house at the farm lol....I may just buy a couple 10lb bags and mix somn special up for the deer this year. Sugar, water, vanilla.....pour it over stumps over corn, the possibilities are endless. Should make a good bear bait too....

I just made this new spot for bow hunting i am making a candy store for now give it a month start with the protien. I put a bushel of pears out yesterday, sugar and corn today along with game cam. Will try and post pics when i get them. May need some help posting them later.
