Ghost Juice ??

A couple years back I got a recipe for " Ghost Juice" which is basically the same as "Scent Away",and I've misplaced it.
I can't quite remember the measurements , but it contains Peroxide,
water, and baking soda, and a couple of day's cure time.
If anyone has this recipe please PM me with it.

Seems easier to just buy a bottle of Scent-Away.

What the heck is ghost juice? I save my comments on that and instead will give you a scent elimination receipe:

1 gallon distilled water or creek water
1/2 box of baking soda
16 oz peroxide (I think its 2-3 %, whichever is in the brown bottle)
2 shot sized glasses of Hunters Speciality green soap.

Pour out enough of the distilled water to accomodate the additional ingredients. Once completely mixed together, loosely put the cap on the gallon jug. It's going to fizz for a couple hours. Transfer and use.

Thanx Firehawk,
the name Ghost Juice was what someone on another board was calling it.As I remember it worked very well and cost a whole lot less to make, than what you could buy the same amount of "Sent Away" for.

Thanks for all the help,
I actually found it in a file that I forgot I had.
The recipe is a little diff but it's pretty much the same.
Ghost Juice Scent Control Formula

Two 16 Ounce Bottles of hydrogen peroxide
32 oz of distilled water
¼ cup baking soda
1 oz Scent-Away laundry detergent

  • First poor hydrogen peroxide in bottle or some large open container. Then add the distilled water. Then you add the baking soda and the unscented liquid soap.
  • STIR, DO NOT SHAKE!
Use a wood spoon and stir the ingredients together.
  • Add very small amounts ofbaking soda at a time stirring until it is completely dissolved.
  • Let this ferment for three days stirring one or two times a day.
Then put the solution into a gallon jug and put a balloon over the top, the balloon will begin to expand. When the balloon starts deflating, you know its ready
After the three days, store the scent killer in dark containers like the peroxide containers or non- see through spray bottles.
Light will break down hydrogen peroxide leaving it ineffective.
