Permethrin affected?

If permethrin applied to clothing and let set, does UV blocker and scent kill spray affect the bug repelling nature of permethrin?

Permethrin(a synthetic version of pyrethrin) is a potent neurotoxin, it "repels" bugs by killing their pesky little asses. I've watched it kill a tick in under a minute while it was crawling up my leg. Unless it's sealed to the fabric in some way that it can't off gas then it will work just fine.
