New Deer Cam Pix
 

Just thought I'd post a couple pix from my new deer cam. Got it for Christmas and hadn't really used one before...it's a lot of fun...makes me feel a little better KNOWING that the big boys ARE there...just gotta be out there long enough for one to walk by! :) I'm pumped for rut to see the real bruisers...thinkin about settin it up in front a mock scrape with a drip bag. What do you guys/gals think???

That is a dandy buck you got there, especially if the date signature is correct (7/17???) cuz he has about a month of growth left.

I too just got my 1st camera back from it's maiden voyage. Set it up in a known travel area more so for practice and as an adventure for my daughter to help me out. Got it out of the woods after 1 week. I got pictures out the waazoo. My daughter is gonna be pumped when she sees them. I got time stamped pic on every morning and evening of the week. Too bad I only got one buck (little basket 6pt). But I was thrilled with the doe that had triplets. I got pics of them on two different occasions. I will definitely post them when I am able to get them transfered to the 'puter.

I'd say you should be excited about opening day with trail pics like those, I really liked the big 10 point! :wink:

I knew without looking you were from somewhere in the midwest. we don't have any nearly that size around here. great pics.
