CORNouflage

Has anyone ever tried this yet? I wonder if it works. http://www.cornouflage.com/index.php

It usually takes a 4-5 days for them to start coming to the real thing. Put me down as very skeptical.

LOL clever inventor, but I will stick to the real thing.

superstrutter 08-04-2009 10:58 AM

Good grief. People will do anything to make an extra buck or two.

Aren't these the same people that make fake dog crap and rubber vomit.....

I remember a few years ago, maybe still can, buy plastic corn on the cob from Cabelas.

Beezer 08-04-2009 02:24 PM

Maybe birds, but I think deer would actually need to smell it before they'd be fooled.

Magic 08-04-2009 03:16 PM

I don't use the real stuff. No way would the deer I hunt even know what a pile of corn looked like. Much less fake corn.

I think that "he who buys" that is as smart as "he who invented" it think that "he who eats" it is.......

If they could see it from a distance, and not be downwind of it, they may come in. But once they knew it wasn't real, they would be gone.

Thats one of the craziest things Ive seen in a while. The bad thing is that people will buy it.

fake corn

I wonder if this is considered baiting? Entrapment? wonder what DNR regs say about using "fake" corn or apples.
