Planted clover over 7- 8 weeks ago and has only grown to about barely an inch in height and doesnt appear to have grown much over the last couple of weeks.Never planted clover before is this growth rate normal or should it be taller by now?

Usually takes 3 or 4 weeks to get about an inch out of the soil after planting. How much it grows and how fast depends on several factors, soil quality,rainfall, sun light, etc. Did you test your soil before planting? What was the PH? Once it gets to about 6" or 8" cut itright when they start to flower.
