Trail cams any suggestions??

What trail cam would you all suggest for the Minnesota climate changes? Its hard to find one where the batteries don't get sucked dry by our cold weather.

It really depends on the application. Do you want color photos all the time? Will it be used for trails or foodplots? Do you want really good photos or will just seeing what is there be enough? Two good places to start are www.chasingame.com and www.trailcampro.com. I have three different brands of cameras, ranging in price from $100.00 to $600.00 and they all have their good and bad points. The first question you need to ask of yourself is; what do I want the camera to do, and then go from there. Feel free to PM me and I will offer as much help as I can.

I ordered bushnells new trophy cam. It is very small, like 5X6". 6 AA battery will run it for 6 months, 12 for 12 months. It has a decent ranger of 45'. It also supose to work great in sub-zero temps, which I have not tested yet.

Thanks guys looks like I have a few good ones to choose from. The one from Bushnell sounds like it will keep me out of the woods, andnot worrying about dead batteries. Any idea on the cost??
