I voted for venison, but my favorite has to be Walleye. You can`t beat a walleye fillet over the fire.

My girlfriend always gave me the little ewwww, when I made up some venison. I stopped telling her what is was and she started eating and couldn't tell the difference from beef. It's all in how it's prepared.
