Wasn't there a TR Michaels a few years ago that had his own forum? Big in the religious forum? Wasn't he a guy who survived an attempted suicide via shotgun to the chin?

Yep. Same guy. He posts on any and every hunting forum he can, mostly to bash scentlok or promote his own website/forum and merchandise. I had reported him quite a while ago, but with the transition to new owners and such, I think it got lost in the mix. A quick search about him turned up over a dozen forums, half of which hes been banned from for bashing and pushing his own agenda with the scentlok thing.
