Season review (My best Ever)
This is how my season went. By far my best season in the woods.
54 sits on stand
163.5 hours on stand
99 does and fawns seen
27 bucks seen (5)spikes, (2)3pt, (5)4pt, (2)5pt, (5)6pt,(2)7pt,(5)8pt and (1)10 pt
Took 5 with Mathews MQ1 4 doe 4pt. buck
Took 2 withKnight 50 cal. muzzleloaderdoe BB
Took 1 with Marlin 35 REM. 3pt. buck
Took 8 with Mossburg 12 ga. shotgun 3 doe BB 1 1/2 year old BB(110 lbs.) Shed antler buck
7pt. buck 8pt. buck
With all of the success my best day in the woods was the day I got to take my stepson (Ryan) on his first ever deer hunt. He did not get a deer that day but did see some and missed a doe. I guess the nerves got to him a little. It was alot of fun being able to share that time with him. I hope everyone had an enjoyable season.

Dang man! How many deer can you shoot in your area? I'm in NW Ohio and this year was the first year we could take a 2nd deer in our zone. For years it was buck only, then it went to either, then it went to 2 deer (only one could be a buck) I'd love to be able to shoot that many deer like you... I've been donating the venison to the Hunters Feeding the Hungry programs lately...a little burned out on venison over the years, but I enjoy hunting WAY too much to quit. Nice job and that was cool that you recorded all your time like that. I have a buddy that keeps a journal the same way... he says he'll hand it down to his kids someday. Take care, Jeff

jim1966 all were taken in Md. In Md. you can take two bucks ineach season. Bow Muzzleloader and Gun.
I took the other buck with a gun during a managed hunt where the deer do not count against your regular
tags.
