Default What was the longest deer killing rifle shot taken last hunting season?
I took one at about 40 yards. My neighbor took one at 30 yards. My neigbors son took 1 at 40 yards.

my longest this year was 670 odd couple yards. Most the time is under 70 though.

My longest was 277 yards, shortest was about 5 steps, both with a .243...

All four of the deer I shot this past year were at 50 or less yards. The wife shot her first deer this year with a ML at about 12 yards.
