You have already shot and used your one buck tag for the season. However u r out hunting and and even bigger buck comes by.
Your dad and your brother r in the same woods and you have their permission to use one of their buck tags. Do u take another buck and use their tag, or do u let it pass.

i would probly pass it because thats breaking the law i dont do that i wold be happy with the one i shot and let some other person shoot it for if it survies there alway next year to get it

Illegal in Illinois as well. But, I believe it is legal in Wisconsin, not sure though.
