Saw a little "blurb" in the sunday Columbus Dispatch with a picture of a guy and a huge deer. Of course no with it being it is "COLUMBUS" you know trying to shed the cow town image which is BS but anyway i found a little more on it check this out he is huge ! ! ! !

dang it i leave for a few days for Christmas break from school and my pet deer busts out of my dorm room only to get shot. I guess I will have to send him the bill for trophy fees. j/k but that is one seriously nice deer.

That's an awesome buck! The pic does bring up something that's been bugging me though. Why is it guys feel the need to position the camera/deerhead/hunter such that the deer is distorted and exagerated, relative the hunter, almost to the point of being ridiculous? That's a great buck and imo the cheap camera trick to make it appear even bigger takes away from it. Oh well, to each his own.

That guy shot that last yr with a gun on a private ranch. He paid $12000 for the hunt and then tagged it saying he got it with a bow. Hes already been to court and was fined for fraud. Hes a real piece of work he lives a few miles down the road from me.
