today is the last weekand of gun season. i went hunting this morning but has to come in early. i was out squirrel hunting with my .22 (but didnt shoot) all over our propeerty and i was right next to my stand and 3 does and one spike come running out of the woods toward my baitpile and they ran away. this was at 1 will they be back by 5:30?

um, I would not think so!! but your not going to shoot a deer squirrel hunting and your definatly not going to shoot a deer sitting at home, so get out there and deer hunt!!

So let me get this straight. Last weekend of gun season, haven't killed a deer this season (or maybe ever I don't know), and you're out trying to shoot squirrels? You're not gonna kill a deer if you're not hunting them.

Don't go squirrel hunting in the same area you intend to deer hunt!!!
