RE: Good reads?
Haha yeah I buy them too, only to have them read in a day or so....get's expensive for no more good quality reading than you get....especially when half of them are made up of product reviews and this that and the other....which is fine, but not what Im looking for in this particular instance.

RE: Good reads?
Nope, I read all four of those. Didnt say it wasnt informative....but theres just not a whole lot of it. Average magazine is what, 60-80pages? Minus advertisements, photos, etc...doesn't take long to get through. Especially when theres a 4 or 5 page product review section when most are products I have no personal interest in (not saying theyre not quality or innovative, as I do window show them and read the ones I wanna read).

RE: Good reads?
I just purchased The Art of the Rifle by Col. Cooper and though its fairly short (you could read it in an afternoon) it is informative and of course its written in Col. Cooper's distinctive style. I know he has several books (this was the first i've read) and I'm sure any of them would be great reads.
